COVID-19 Pandemic Protocols - 2021-2022
Our students are an important part of 3DCA. During these uncertain times, your support, kindness, and loyalty have been appreciated more than you know. Keeping our students, staff and families safe remains a top priority. We have implemented check-in / check-out procedures and other safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for all. Please read through the information below to learn more. And thank you for helping everyone to continue to DANCE SAFE!!
COVID-19 Pandemic Protocols (as of January 4th, 2022)
The Coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC has in place preventative measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC cannot guarantee that you or your child will not become infected with COVID-19.
Parents are required to sign an agreement stating the following upon registration:
"By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, etc. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, etc.), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind. On my behalf, and on behalf of my child, I hereby release, covenant not to sue 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC and its employees whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any dance class/program.
I also understand that any student who has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 must isolate at home for at least 5 days. If the students exhibits no symptoms after 5 days, he/she may return to class at 3DCA.
I understand that any student who has come in CLOSE DIRECT CONTACT with someone with COVID-19 must quarantine at home for 5 days and should get tested for COVID-19 on the fifth day after exposure. If the student exhibits no symptoms after 5 days, and tests negative on the fifth day after exposure, he/she may return to class at 3DCA.

Please understand the information related to COVID-19 is constantly being updated. Requirements for attendance and quarantine periods may be adjusted as time goes on to maintain a healthy and safe studio for all!
Should Local, State, or Federal authorities mandate "stay-at-home" orders, or we are required to shut-down the physical studio location for any other reason during the season, 3D Centre of the Arts, LLC will shift classes to virtual classrooms through Zoom. Our instructors will do their very best to continue the excellent dance and acrobatic education through the online setting. Additional instructions on how to access the online classrooms will be provided if this becomes necessary. "
What 3DCA is doing to keep you safe!!

Masks are welcomed, but optional.

3DCA is frequently cleaning all common spaces using disinfectant daily.

3DCA requires the use of hand sanitizer for all students and staff upon entering and exiting the building, and during class if necessary.

3DCA is continuing to research the most current guidelines to do our part to promote a safe environment for all.

Only students will be allowed in the building. No waiting in the lobby is allowed. (See Check-In/Check-Out Protocol for more information.) Parents/Guardians may come inside at designated times to make payments and/or order dancewear or dance shoes only.
Please Remember - if your dancer is sick, or showing any signs of being sick, DO NOT bring them to the studio!! Likewise, if your dancer has been directly or potentially exposed to anyone who tests positive for COVID-19, please notify our office staff immediately at 3DCAOffice@gmail.com.
If at any time during the season your dancer has been potentially exposed or has any of the potential COVID-19 symptoms listed on the CDC website, 3DCA may ask that either a negative COVID-19 test be provided or that the student adhere to a quarantine period before they can return to the studio for classes. This will be discussed with families individually and the best decisions will be made to ensure the safety of our students, staff and families as a whole.
